What is Avenn?+
An AI life coach. You pick one of four coaching styles and talk through habits, career, relationships, and direction. Your coach remembers context across sessions.
What do Free and Pro include?+
Free includes 1 coaching session per week (unlimited messages within that session). Pro ($14.99/month) gives unlimited sessions and lets you switch coaches any time.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
If you subscribed on the web, manage or cancel any time at our billing portal (billing.stripe.com/p/login/5kQeV520g0af1hV2gG3F600) — enter the email you checked out with and you’ll get a secure link to update your card, view invoices, or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the period ends. (When the iOS app is live, App Store subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.)
I paid but I’m still on Pro on one device but not another.+
On the web, your session lives in the browser you signed up in. If you switched browsers or cleared data and lost access, email us the email you checked out with and we’ll restore your Pro right away.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Email us from your account address and we’ll delete your profile, sessions, and messages.
Is Avenn a therapist?+
No. Avenn is not a medical or mental-health service and isn’t a substitute for professional care. In a crisis, contact a professional or a hotline (Canada 1-833-456-4566 · US 988).
